Rosengård
The daisy is the county flower of the Swedish province of Skåne. So what do we know about Skåne?
- Skåne didn’t become a part of Sweden until 1658.
- It’s where the famous Swedish writer Selma Lagerlof's novel figure Nils Holgersson started his journey in 1898.
- It´s where you can find Sweden's tallest building.
- And most important; Skåne has produced one of the greatest football players today: Zlatan!
Zlatan Ibrahimović grew up in Rosengård, Malmö, where he as a 5 year old started to kick football in the club FBK Balkan. His talent has taken him from Malmö to Paris Saint Germain via FC Barcelona, Milan to name but a few.
"First I went left, so did he. Then I went right, so did he. Then I went left again, and he went and bought a hot dog. " - Zlatan about the dribbling on Liverpool's Stephane Henchoz.
